Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 17, 2026. This legal instrument governs use of the web systems, applications, and custom engineering services of Lesous Technology LTD.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the systems, websites, or engaging in service contracts with Lesous Technology LTD (RC1871960), you agree to be bound by these corporate terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws in Delta State and Nigeria.
2. Services & Engineering Engagements
All custom application architectures, cryptographic integrations, cloud provisioning matrices, and employee verification systems created by Lesous Technology LTD remain under underwritten maintenance and service agreements. Any modifications by external third-parties without explicit operational approval from our leadership void active warranty coverage.
3. Educational & Academy Licensing
All code snippets, system design diagrams, curriculum lectures, and workspace resources provided by Lesous Academy are protected by copyright laws. Licenses granted to admitted students are individual, non-transferable, and subject to revocation for violations of internal integrity rules.
4. Verification Protocol Integrity
Use of the Lesous Employee Verification secure barcode gateway (verify.lesous.ng) is monitored for audit logs. Any automated attempts to probe, reverse engineer, or brute-force verification tokens will be automatically cataloged by client IP security and forwarded to relevant legal authorities under Nigerian cybercrime laws.
